Who: I am a mom of two. My children Mason and Avery and my husband Chris keep me busy! I have a BIG family with lots of siblings. I love my jobs as a mom and a sister, and especially as an educational leader

What: I have been an educator for fourteen years. I graduated from Temple University with a Bachelors' in Art Education. I taught Art in the Upper Darby School District for eleven years before earning my Principalship at Holy Family University and becoming a lead teacher at Drexel Hill Middle School. I was a lead teacher for four years, working closely with students and teachers to create a positive culture and climate before becoming an assistant principal.

When:

2003 - Graduated Archbishop Prendergast2007 - Graduated Temple University

2011 - Master of Education from Cabrini College

2019 - Master of Educational Leadership w/ Principalship from Holy Family University

2008 - 2022 - Educator in Upper Darby School District

2022 - Present - Tinicum  School Assistant Principal

Where: I grew up in Drexel Hill, PA. I attended St. Andrew's School and then Archbishop Prendergast High School. From there I competed as a Division 1 rower at Temple University. While in college I lived in Philadelphia, soaking up all of the brotherly love, enjoying the city atmosphere and the Philadelphia sports fever, GO BIRDS! I landed my first job as an art teacher at Highland Park Elementary and have ben in Upper Darby ever since. It was a pleasure to serve in the community I grew up in. My family and I currently reside in Ridley Township, just minutes from Tinicum and I am excited to get to know more about your community as I become a part of it.

Why: I believe that every student can be successful and will thrive in a safe and positive school environment. I hope to contribute to the positive atmosphere at Tinicum School.
